Steve started the Bennington AfterDark community in late 2018, and was invited to serve the Pownal UMC as pastor in July 2019. He began his appointment at New Hope UMC in July 2020.
Steve started serving in 2010 as a Licensed Local Pastor, and served for five years in Boston until he graduated from Boston University School of Theology in 2015. His interests include practical theology, new expressions of faith communities, and radical hospitality. His hobbies include photography and riding his motorcycle.
Pastor Steve is currently holding office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9-11. Most Tuesdays and Thursdays he is at Tunnel City in Williamstown, and most Wednesdays he is virtual via Zoom. Check the church’s Facebook page for more information.
Robin Kibler enjoys leading the choir, playing hymns, and providing music for our worship services. She has been a church music leader for New Hope and the former Williamstown United Methodist Church since 2001. Robin is a librarian at Williams College where she is the Head of Collection Development.
Becky is a Rochester, NY native who moved to North Adams in 2013 to attend Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She received a B.A in Arts Management in 2017, and has since worked in various cultural organizations across the Berkshires. Becky is currently the Development Director of Common Folk Artist Collective, practicing collaborative action to share resources, enable financial independence, and thrive in creative pursuits.
